THE JOB DESCRIPTION: The Project Coordinator reports directly to the Project Accounting Manager and supports the project manager and project team. The position helps the project team efficiently and effectively manage all project information (including project financials), sharing timely and accurate information to move projects from initial concept to completion.

Responsibilities
- Ensure that all aspects of a project are organized and in conformance with timeline and deliverables requirement.
- Develop and maintain project performance database that tracks overall progress and achievement of milestones.
- Coordinate resources to prepare and maintain project schedule and project documentation including drawings and specifications, change orders, submittals and RFIs.
- Process financial transactions in ERP and present project financial information to project manager and project team as necessary
- Assign and monitor resources effectively to boost project efficiency and maximize deliverables output.
- Report project risks and outcomes to appropriate management channels and escalate issues according to project work plan.
- Serve as a point of communication between company teams and external resources providing coordination on various topics as needed.
- Deepen partnerships with outside resources, including third-party vendors and researchers.

WHAT YOU BRING:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
- Strong technical knowledge: 3 years’ experience in construction and project coordinator preferred.
- Professional certification such as PMP, is advantageous.
- Ability to use a computer including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and the ability to use or quickly learn work-specific technologies.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to maintain relations with both internal and external stakeholders, team player mentality.
- Outstanding written, grammar, and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of an organization, active listening skills.
- Excellent organization, planning, and time management skills; ability to adhere to schedules/deadlines.
- Working knowledge of current construction industry methodologies and practices
- Keen sense of ownership, bias for action, and superior problem-solving skills; be willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
- Experience in coordinating project teams and clients.
- Proven success in a corporate setting, working with all levels of management.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skill
- Flexibility and willingness to accept changes in priorities, as necessary.

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
