Driver/Owner Operator Settlement Specialist
Purpose: To process accurate and timely company driver and owner operator settlements. Provide support to drivers, owner operators and operations while effectively communicating company procedures and policies.
Responsibilities:
1. Audit electronic trip confirmations (ETC), purchase orders and reimbursements. This includes indexing, verifying all information and processing corrections as needed.
2. Ensure proper document distribution
3. Reconcile pay packages with correct fleet assignments
4. Monitor and communicate effectively to all
5. Effectively assist, educate and answer questions regarding company payroll and owner operator settlement procedures and policies
6. Ensure accurate and timely processing of settlements
7. Other duties as assigned
Relationships:
Daily interaction with company drivers, owner operators, fleet and operations managers, accounting department staff and personnel from other departments.

Physical Requirements:

Education and Experience:
- High School education
- Previous office experience
