What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cashier/Customer Service position at Martens-Trilling True Value?
We are looking for high energy individuals that enjoy WOWing our guests while providing legendary customer service to all that enter our store.

Responsibilities Include:
Create a welcoming experience by authentically greeting every guest every time.
Provide excellent customer service by responding to our guests’ needs.
Work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining guest service and accuracy.
Assist guests by locating merchandise in the store courteously and effectively until the sale is finalized.
Operate a Point of Sale computer system, use a system scanner, Use a PDA, and learn the software system
Obtain product knowledge and location as well as knowledge of store layout.
Be able to work independently as well as with our awesome team.
Responsible to help open and close the store location with the assistance of other team members.

We have a flexible work schedule that allows you every other week-end off, we are closed most major holidays so you can spend time with your family.

Availability: Ability to work part time or full time (if available) schedule to include days, some evenings (to 7:00 p.m.) Every other week-end (will have two week-ends OFF a month) and work some holidays.
Full Time = 32 to 35 hours - Part Time = 17 to 24 hours
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 17 – 25 per week
