The MVCMA is seeking a full-time, year-round General Manager. The MVCMA, known locally as the Campground, is a non-profit religious, historical and residential community located in Oak Bluffs, MA. The MVCMA supports its residents year round, and it holds religious services and runs many programs and events during the summer season of July & August which are open to the island community. The ideal GM candidate will have the strategic, communication, general management and community relations skills needed to administer the operation and advance the mission of the MVCMA. Reporting to the President, the GM will have overall responsibility for the management of all programs, services, staffing and systems. The salary is competitive and year round housing is available.
