Job Details
RN ICU position in Acute Care
36 hours per week
Day / Night Rotation
Shared Housing Available (no guests / no pets, must have own transportation)
Candidate must have COVID-19 and flu vaccines
Job Requirements
MA State License
Primary Source Verification of professional license and / or certification within 30 days of start date
Documentation of two measles vaccines, two mumps vaccines, and one rubella vaccine or proof of immunity
Documentation of TB skin test screening within 3 months of start date
Physician Statement signed by MD / DO / NP / PA within 365 days of start date
Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination or proof of immunity (preferred)
Influenza Vaccine during flu season (Sept 15th - April 30th)
Health Statement within 365 days of start date
MGB Resume required for submission
2 recent references, minimum 1 Supervisor or Above, in Skillset
