This isn’t your average sampling gig. You’ll be helping us bring hospitality to life – one sample, one smile, and one story at a time. Whether you’re introducing a curious customer to their new favorite spirit or by sharing pairing tips for a weekend dinner party, you’ll be helping us build community through connection.

What You’ll Do:

As a Part-Time Beverage and Liquor Sampling Representative, you’ll be a key part of our store and wine departments, providing exceptional customer service and providing samples of select beverages. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Serve tastings of featured beer, wines, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a warm and welcoming way
• Engage with customers, answer questions, and share product knowledge
• Set up, clean, and maintain attractive sampling stations
• Track customer feedback and keep us informed about what’s hitting the mark
• Ensure sampling is done responsibly and in line with Michigan’s alcohol laws

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

• Is friendly, outgoing, and loves talking with people
• Has prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail
• Brings knowledge about beer, wine, spirits curiosity and a willingness to learn about beverages
• Is reliable, punctual, and available for shifts on Fridays from 2pm – 6pm and Saturday from 10am – 2pm, with flexibility to adjust as needed.
• Is 21 years of age and compliant with Michigan liquor laws (TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol cert a plus)

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• You’ll be on your feet most of your shift
• Must be able to lift up to 25 – 50 lbs. and set up sampling areas
