Salary : $48,000.00-$110,000.00 / yr
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, positive and effective service
- Establishes and maintains good working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
- Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer
- Forecasts goals and objectives for the service department, and strives to meet them
- Run an effective and profitable service department
- Hires, trains, motivates, counsels, and monitors the performance of all service department team members
- Maintain cost controls within the service department
- Facilitates and / or conducts technical training and sends employees to appropriate training schools as needed.
- Manage and hire technicians and service advisors
- Monitors, manages and completes open repair orders and warranty claims Benefits :
