Description
Position is in office in one of our locations.
Position Responsibilities
- Manage the implementation of IT initiatives, including managing the IT dependencies resulting from the implementation of new applications or new Bank initiatives, technological enhancements part of internal IT or cross-functional process improvements or solutions.
- Act as the liaison between IT and other functional teams within the Bank or external Third-Party vendors, during project implementation.
- Coordinate required stakeholders throughout project-initiatives, maintaining a high level of communication, manage issues, risks and dependencies and keep the project on track.
- Develop and maintain project plans to ensure clear communication of individual responsibilities, action items and delivery timeframes.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with project execution and IT operations
- Ensure the business needs of all functional areas, including regulatory and compliance, are considered and addressed throughout any project.
- Successfully transition management of new or improved solutions or functional responsibility to the appropriate business areas, as applicable, once project is complete.
- Manage business analytical tools (e.g., Tableau or Power BI) to provide actionable insights through reporting dashboards.
- Drive the implementation of any other IT-led initiative as defined by the Head of Technology.

Qualifications
Position Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent education/experience) preferrable.
- 5 years of business experience involving project management, personnel management and vendor relations.
- Strong understanding of banking IT operations and Digital Banking products and services.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting purposes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication for stakeholder engagement and team collaboration.
- Hands-on experience with Analytical tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar business intelligence platforms preferrable.
- Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) are advantageous.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision while performing duties and fostering collaboration across teams.
- Quick learner with a proactive attitude to fit organizational culture and respond to dynamic challenges.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively within deadlines.
Physical & Environmental Aspects
- Must be able to stand or sit for long periods of time.
- Work is normally performed in an office environment with some travel to other branches/departments.
- May operate office equipment necessary to perform job function.
