Bartender/Server

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender/Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender/Server, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, serving patrons, and ensuring an enjoyable experience for all guests in our establishment, whether that is behind the bar or on the floor.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling and safety practices.
• Process cash and credit transactions accurately using Toast POS system.
• Engage with customers, providing recommendations and ensuring satisfaction with their orders.
• Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, assisting with ordering as necessary.
• Adhere to all local laws regarding alcohol service and food safety regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods.

Requirements

• Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, or catering environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques is essential.
• Strong cash handling skills to ensure accurate transactions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
• A passion for mixology and creating unique beverage experiences for guests is a plus.
• Valid TABC Permit.

Pay: $2.13 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 35 per week
