Responsibilities

- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills.
- Maintain a safe and organized training environment, ensuring all equipment is properly used and stored.
- Promote discipline, respect, and teamwork through behavior management strategies.
- Communicate effectively with students and parents regarding class schedules, progress, and any concerns.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with martial arts trends and teaching methodologies.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of martial arts techniques and principles.
- Experience working with students of various ages, particularly children.
- Background in physical education or health club environments is a plus.
- Ability to manage classroom behavior effectively while fostering a supportive atmosphere.
- Experience in childcare or related fields is advantageous.
