Job Summary – HVAC Install Technician
We are searching for a skilled and detail-oriented HVAC Install Technician to join our team. This technician will be responsible for installing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems in residential and commercial properties. This role requires strong technical expertise, a commitment to safety, and excellent customer service skills.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Install HVAC systems: Install heating, cooling, and ventilation systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, ductwork, and thermostats in residential and commercial buildings.
- System inspection: Ensure systems are installed according to manufacturer specifications and local building codes.
- Wiring and control setup: Perform electrical wiring, programming, and testing of control systems for HVAC units.
- Customer communication: Explain system operation and maintenance requirements to customers.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving: Identify and resolve any issues during installation and assist the service team as needed.
- Collaborate with team: Work closely with project managers, other technicians, and subcontractors to ensure timely and accurate installation.
- Adhere to safety protocols: Follow safety procedures, wear protective gear, and comply with OSHA and company safety standards.
Required Skills/Abilities:

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience of 3 – 5 Years in an HVAC position is preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds at times.
- Ability to distinguish various colors of wires and distinguish electronic system sections and wiring.
