- Supervise and coordinate parts department activities, including inventory management and customer service
- Forecast goals and objectives for the department and work towards achieving them
- Hire, train, and evaluate parts department staff
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues that may arise
- Oversee stock order procedures and manage incoming inventory
- Maintain a balanced inventory and ensure all parts are correctly priced and stocked
- Keep the computer system updated with accurate part information and pricing
- Enforce safety standards and demonstrate professional behavior consistent with company values
- Minimum of 3 years experience in parts management or a related automotive role
- Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor
- Able to motivate and lead a team effectively
- Experience with inventory management systems and processes
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in automotive management is a plus
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
