- Provide legendary customer service through multiple communication channels such as phone, email and chat.
- Identify customer needs and provide solution-based support.

The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices, and ability to maintain focus and productivity while working at a computer workstation for prolonged periods. This position offers the opportunity for hybrid office/remote work after 90 days.
