At Martin Energy Group, we are seeking an experienced CNC Fabrication Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production staff, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our state-of-the-art CNC laser cutting and brake press machines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and monitor CNC laser cutting and brake press machines to ensure accurate production of parts and materials based on work orders.
- Programming: Program CNC machines according to blueprints and work order specifications, ensuring all required dimensions and tolerances are met.
- Blueprint Reading: Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications to ensure proper machine operation and job completion.
- Material Selection: Select and load materials into the CNC machines based on the specifications outlined in the work order.
- Loading/Unloading: Use a forklift or other material handling equipment to load and unload raw materials and finished parts from machines.
- Quality Control: Perform routine quality checks to ensure parts meet required specifications.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with CNC machining technology, including programming, setup, and operation of CNC machines. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment are essential for this role.
