Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Driller and/or helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating drilling equipment on construction sites, ensuring the safe and efficient execution of drilling operations. This role requires a strong understanding of heavy equipment operation and mechanical knowledge, with a focus on horizontal drilling techniques.
Duties
- Operate drilling machinery and equipment.
- Collaborate with construction teams to build pipelines according to project specifications.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on drilling equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times while on the construction site
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues that may arise during drilling operations.
Skills
- Proficient in heavy equipment operation with a focus on drilling machinery.
- Familiarity with construction site protocols and safety regulations.
- Valid commercial driving license is a plus for operating trucks and other vehicles on-site.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while maintaining individual responsibilities.
