Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks such as loading and unloading materials, cleaning work areas, and assisting skilled tradespeople.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist in the assembly or construction of products as needed.
- Comply with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to the role.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools is a plus.
- Must be punctual, reliable, and able to follow directions accurately.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
