The Job:
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary contact for clients, fostering strong relationships by addressing inquiries, resolving escalated issues, and proactively identifying client needs. Collaborate effectively with insurance carriers to negotiate favorable outcomes on behalf of clients.
- Account Oversight: Manage the full lifecycle of assigned accounts, including marketing, underwriting, and implementation of benefits plans. Demonstrate proficiency in various funding arrangements such as Fully Insured, Self-Funded, Level Funded, and Captive accounts.
- Analytical Expertise: Collect and analyze data for renewals and marketing, preparing detailed proposals and recommendations. Oversee compliance requirements such as 5500s, SPDs, and PCORI, ensuring all deliverables align with client expectations.
- Communication & Education: Coordinate enrollment materials and conduct employee meetings to ensure successful onboarding and understanding of benefits options. Stay informed about industry developments and provide insights to clients and internal teams.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with producers and support staff to ensure seamless account management. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting the success of the entire Employee Benefits team.
