Prior customer service experience and insurance industry knowledge are preferred.
The Job:
- Provide day-to-day support to Senior Account Managers and Benefits Consultants
- Act as a point of contact for clients and carriers, assisting with inquiries and issue resolution
- Assist with client onboarding, implementation, and document management in the agency CRM system
- Prepare client communication materials, including benefit booklets, summaries, and compliance documents
- Coordinate open enrollment materials and new hire communication needs
- Process enrollments, terminations, and billing reconciliations with carriers as needed
- Support compliance efforts related to ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, and other regulatory requirements
