The Role:
We’re looking for a skilled Account Executive to manage a high-volume Commercial Lines Property & Casualty book of business. This is an elevated role focused on client retention, growth, and exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently oversee a substantial portfolio of Commercial Lines business, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Strengthen client relationships through proactive communication, advocacy, and superior service.
- Handle all aspects of account management, including renewals, claims, service requests, billing, and new policies.
- Strategically market renewal business to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
- Maintain deep expertise in market trends, underwriting guidelines, and carrier appetites.
- Conduct thorough reviews of applications, policies, endorsements, and audits to ensure accuracy.
- Provide detailed loss/claim analysis and summaries to support client needs and decision-making.
