The Role:
- Timely resolve service issues by collaborating with colleagues, carriers, and vendors to ensure overall client satisfaction
- Review carrier invoices, complete audits, and manage enrollments, terminations, and coverage changes to ensure accurate billing
- Review plan documents for accuracy, compile demographic and plan information, audit data, calculate payroll deductions, and assist with the RFP process for annual renewals
- Assist with updating technology platforms for benefits enrollments, fulfill supply requests for open enrollment, and prepare materials for client meetings
- Understand compliance topics, prepare and review necessary documents, maintain organized records, and participate in industry trainings while supporting other Account Managers as needed
