What You'll Do:
- Be the front line:
- Greet guests, answer and direct calls
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages

Support a small group of executives:
- Assist with calendars, scheduling, and meeting prep
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, lunches, and company events

Keep things running smoothly:
- Manage office supplies and kitchen stock
- Keep conference rooms and communla spaces neat ad organized
- Track tickets, organize files, and lend a hand wherever needed
