• Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve overall goals and enhance team performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
• Strong telemarketing skills with the ability to engage potential clients effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining positive client relationships.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing client accounts.
• A valid insurance license.
