What are the responsibilities and job description for the 3rd Shift Assembly Worker position at Martin Interconnect Services?
We are seeking dependable team players to join our assembly department. This is an entry level position that you will receive on the job training in.
Responsibilities
- Use assigned product parts in accordance with production guidelines
- Performs spot checks of products to ensure adherence to approved quality standards
- Notifies the supervisor of product discrepancies or equipment malfunctions
- Adheres to established company policies and procedures, paying special attention to safety regulations
- Wears personal protective equipment in accordance with training guidelines
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- All personnel may be required to perform duties outside of their normal responsibilities from time to time, as needed
Education/Experience
- Prior assembly / manufacturing experience is helpful

3rd Shift Hours
Friday-Sunday 4:30AM- 5:00PM.
This position consists of a 3-day work week, totaling 36 hours. As an additional incentive, on top of the company’s production bonus, you will receive an extra 4-hour payout if you complete the full 12-hour shift on all three days, bringing your total to 40 hours.
