In this role you will support our personal lines insurance department in handling customer new business processing, cross-sell opportunities, customer service retention including making change and endorsements, and profit goals.

- Responsibilities:
- • Must hold a Property & Casualty license.
- • Engage in system and process innovation within the agency.
- • Manage in a paperless environment process.
- • Develop agency relationship with existing clients.
- • Work with sales staff to identify inside sales opportunities and capitalize on them.
- • Review renewal business and conduct appropriate follow up based on account needs.
- • Communicate with agent to any special attention needed to individual clients.
- • Answer incoming calls and transfer as necessary.
- • Greet incoming guests/clients and ensure they are taken care of.
- • Perform service requests for personal lines department.
- • Update contact notes in agency management system as appropriate.
- • Maintain open communication flow and follow up with both customers and staff.
- • Assists with other duties as requested.

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
