The Clinical Staff Nurse is a vital member of our ICU/Med Surge Tele department, responsible for delivering high-quality patient-centered care. As a skilled Registered Nurse, you will have expertise in nursing assessment, care planning, and evaluating patient conditions. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure that patient care is prioritized and coordinated effectively.
Main Responsibilities:
- Utilizing the nursing process as a problem-solving model to anticipate and plan to meet patient and family needs.
- Participating in quality and performance improvement activities to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care, including assessments, plans, implementations, and evaluations.
