Patient Safety and Quality Improvement Educator Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Patient Safety and Quality Improvement Educator.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing educational programs that focus on patient safety and quality improvement within the Care Management Department.
You will work closely with the Director of Care Management and other stakeholders to develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of nursing staff and support the hospital's quality and safety initiatives.
A key aspect of this role is evaluating education programs on a regular basis and planning and implementing improvements based on evaluation and feedback from customers.
