Furniture Maker (Kalihi)
Currently seeking a woodworker with furniture-making experience of at least 10 years to join our growing Honolulu-based fine woodworking shop. We are a prominent and well-established production shop that specializes in fine Koa furniture, retail fixtures, and small woodworking items for high-end clientele.
Schedule: Full time Monday-Friday 6:00 AM- 2:30 PM
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
-Assist in making fine furniture
-Operation of industrial machines such as table saws, band saws, joiner, planer, wide-belt sander, etc.
-Maintaining a clean and safe workshop environment
Skillset:
-Ability to manage time and meet deadlines
-Efficiently execute all tasks assigned by shop management
-Must be able to lift 50 Lbs.
-Work well with others
-Problem solver
-Highly motivated with a positive attitude
-Extensive experience with wood working of at least 10 years
