We experience joy of "Aloha" with our Ohana at Martin & MacArthur and with our loyal customers all over the world. Currently, we are seeking full-time sales associates for our Shops at Wailea location.
Position Title: Sales Associates
Responsibilities:
Meet personal sales goals.
Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Maintain cleanliness, visual merchandising and beauty of the store.
All other duties as assigned by the store manager.
Requirements :
A positive "Aloha" spirit
Proven track record in sales and customer service
Good communication and interpersonal skills
The drive to want to constantly learn and grow
Ability to retain product knowledge
