About the Role:
This position involves transporting Ready Mix Concrete to customers safely and efficiently. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining vehicles, inspecting mix and slump, and adhering to all safety regulations.
Compensation:$65,000 - $85,000 per year
Responsibilities:
Key Tasks:
- Transport Ready Mix Concrete to customers on time.
- Maintain vehicles in a clean and safe condition.
- Perform regular inspections of mix and slump.
- Collaborate with dispatch to optimize routes.
- Assemble and operate concrete chutes during pours.
- Follow all safety procedures.
Qualifications:
- Valid Commercial Driver's License Class A or B.
- One-year experience driving a commercial vehicle with a multi-speed transmission.
- Valid medical card.
- Knowledge and experience with concrete and mechanical operations.
- Availability to work six days a week.
- Solid attendance and punctuality record.
- Proficient reading, writing, and math skills.
- Able to perform physical tasks like climbing ladders and lifting heavy objects.
