Job Details:
This is a key role within our organization, requiring a reliable and safety-conscious individual to transport Ready Mix Concrete to customers.
Compensation:$65,000 - $85,000 per year
Job Duties:
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver Ready Mix Concrete to customers in a timely manner.
- Maintain vehicles in a clean, organized, and safe fashion.
- Perform regular inspections of mix, slump, and load size.
- Work closely with dispatch to ensure optimal routes.
- Assemble concrete chutes and operate chute controls during the pour.
- Comply with all safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Valid Commercial Driver's License Class A or B.
- One-year experience driving a commercial vehicle with a multi-speed transmission.
- Valid medical card.
- Knowledge and experience with concrete and mechanical operations.
- Availability to work six days a week.
- Solid attendance and punctuality history.
- Proficient reading, writing, and math skills.
- Able to climb ladders, lift, and assemble concrete chutes weighing 60 lbs.
