- Assist in plant operations, including production, quality control, loading, and shipping.
- Perform cross-functional duties in plant maintenance, production, and equipment operation.
- Assist with preventative and routine maintenance on mobile and plant equipment.
- Cross-train in all plant areas to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Learn to operate plant-specific mobile equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain good housekeeping in areas of responsibility.
- Perform daily pre/post-shift inspections on equipment and maintain maintenance logs.
Requirements:
- High School degree or equivalent required.
- Experience in heavy equipment operation and maintenance preferred.
