Martin Marietta is currently looking for a Production Supervisor to assist with operation activities at our quarry operation in Brookville, OH. This would include safety leadership, production and plant/mobile equipment maintenance.

- Responsible for training and development of team, scheduling, performance management and effective leadership of the hourly workforce
- Successfully implement the Company’s safety and environmental processes

Supervisory Responsibility
This position will supervise up to 9 direct reports. Experience with a union operation preferred.
Work Environment
This job operates frequently in an operations and maintenance environment in a surface mine location. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mine Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent work/military experience
- 2 years’ experience in aggregate operations, preferred
- Minimum 1-year supervisory experience in a mining environment, preferred
