Martin Marietta is currently looking for a motivated self-starter to join our Finance team as a Sales Auditor for our Indiana District Team, out of Carmel, Indiana. This position would be primarily responsible for processing material sales tickets including asphalt and aggregate for our locations in the Indiana District.

Martin Marietta is currently looking for a motivated self-starter to join our Finance team as a Sales Auditor for our Indiana District Team, out of Carmel, Indiana. This position would be primarily responsible for processing material sales tickets including asphalt and aggregate for our locations in the Indiana District.
Responsibilities
- Prepare tickets for billing and release tickets
- Provide related invoicing assistance, process credit and corrections on APEX
- Research taxability of orders
- Works with all aspects of billing cycle
- Support Scale Clerks at points-of-service with all areas of applications
- Maintain in-house log of sales tax exemption forms, cash sales reconciliation and SOX compliance reconciliation reporting
- Additional duties as required
- 2 years related experience, experience with JDE, MS Office (Excel/Word)
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong organizational skills
- Customer service focus
- Associate’s degree strongly preferred
