Position Summary:
Consists of, but not limited to, loading and weighing trucks according to CDOT rules and Martin Marietta policies and procedures. Accurately enter information into ticketing system and build rapport with customers. Communicate with dispatchers, customers, owner operators, supervisors and all levels of personnel.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Flexibility to work overtime, nights and weekends as needed
- Willing to travel to all three Southern Asphalt Plants.
- Must be able to travel to other plants as needed
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
- Good understanding of simple math such as addition, subtraction and division.
- Friendly, courteous, and professional with internal and external customers
- Customer service focus
- Demonstrates attention to detail & organizational skills
- Self-starter, takes initiative in problem solving while excelling under pressure

Minimum Education and Experience
- Experience in the construction industry with preferred aggregates or asphalt emphasis.
- Previous scale operator experience preferred
- Proven customer service skills and attention to detail
- Must be at least 18 years old
