">Job Overview
">We are seeking an experienced Foreman to join our team. This individual will be responsible for safely and efficiently supervising onsite operational activities, including pit and/or plant production, plant maintenance, and mobile equipment operations.
">Responsibilities

- Safely and efficiently supervise onsite operational activities. ">
- Provide leadership to hourly workforce to ensure safe and efficient production, maintenance, and customer service. ">
- Train and develop team members, schedule, performance management, and effective leadership of hourly workforce. ">
- Successfully lead the Company's safety initiatives and implement environmental processes and regulations. ">
- Participate in yearly planning of quarry production, maintenance and salary costs to meet business goals. ">
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor. ">
Requirements
">- ">
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mining, Civil), Business, or equivalent experience. ">
- 2 years' experience in aggregate operations with understanding of mineral processing equipment such as crushers, screens, conveyors, and associated mobile equipment. ">
- Minimum 1-year of supervisory experience in a mining environment. ">
- Excellent time management skills; ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks; strong planning skills. ">
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. ">
- Experience with pit design/exploration, drilling, blasting, inventory control, inventory measures and customer service preferred. ">
- Ability to work flexible schedule as required; including nights and weekends. ">
