Martin / Martin, Inc. is looking for an experienced structural engineer to join our Albuquerque, New Mexico office. This engineer will have the opportunity to design and manage structural engineering projects in New Mexico and throughout the U.S. in markets such as DOE / DOD labs and campuses, advanced manufacturing, healthcare, sports, office, and education.

This candidate will possess strong written, technical, and interpersonal skills as well as having excellent time management and organization skills. Additionally, this role is in a new and growing office, so the position will include a broad mix of opportunities for client interaction and career growth.
Examples Of Responsibilities :
- Engage with clients and contractors as primary point of contact throughout the project life cycle.
- Manage and collaborate with engineering and technician staff to produce high-quality project documentation using computer design and graphics software programs.
- Act as a mentor and resource for less experienced staff regarding career development, design techniques, software, and code questions.
- Develop, monitor, and manage project work plans, schedules, and design budgets.
- Build lasting relationships with clients through project work and business development activities.
