Commercial Painter Duties & Responsibilities :
Prepare surfaces and apply primers, paints, and finishes with precision.Mix and match paint colors accurately according to project specifications.Protect surrounding areas from paint damage using appropriate materials.Ensure quality by inspecting completed work and performing necessary touch-ups.Maintain and clean painting equipment regularly.Collaborate with team members to meet project requirements.Adhere to safety regulations to ensure a secure work environment.Commercial Painter Requirements :
Proven experience as a commercial painter or similar role.Proficiency in surface preparation techniques and application of primers, paints, and finishes.Strong knowledge of color mixing and matching.Ability to work efficiently and accurately while adhering to project timelines.Possess excellent attention to detail.Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in the painting industry.Demonstrate strong communication skills and effective collaboration with team members.Physical stamina and dexterity to work in various environments and conditions.We offer weekly pay, continuous jobs, full benefits package, 401(k), ESOP participation and more.
