We are looking to add a motivated, effective, experienced contract dining Food Service District Manager to our Bowling Green, Kentucky area team.
As a Food Service District Manager you will have the opportunity to lead a talented team of food service workers and manage all aspects of 4 of our cafeteria style food service locations to ensure that customers and clients never miss a meal.
This position will oversee a market of locations in western Tennessee and southern Kentucky. Some overnight travel.
Company WILL ASSIST IN RELOCATION
What you'll be doing :
- Overseeing all functions of our contract dining food service accounts
- Managing and leading a team of managers and associates, including overseeing the hiring and training new employees
- Ensuring that staff meet all culinary , safety, and sanitation standards and regulations
- Managing budgets for these locations, ensuring the account meets all targets and forecasts
- Addressing client service needs.
Background Must-haves :
Previous experience with menu planning and batch cooking operations
