Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly & understand their automotive needs and concerns.
- Serve as the liaison between customers and our technicians, effectively communicating vehicle issues and service recommendations.
- Provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance services.
- Schedule service appointments and manage the workflow of incoming vehicles.
- Maintain detailed records using our Mitchell management system.
- Coordinate with parts suppliers for timely delivery.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical information in layman's terms.
- Strong customer service. Provide an exceptional experience.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in Mitchell management software.
- Familiarity with automotive terminology and repair processes is a plus but not mandatory.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
