What are the responsibilities and job description for the Brewery Assistant (FT) position at Martin's Restaurant Systems, Inc.?
Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Clean brewing kettles, fementation vessels and packaging equipment, including kegs.
- Clean and maintain all brewing areas and equipment in top condition.
- Understanding and practicing all internal safety standards.
- Assist with the complete brewing process from milling through packaging.
- Able to work alone or with others as schedules and staffing allow.
- Assistbrewing team with brewing related issues, projects.
- Follow brewing procedures to help produce consistent finished beer of the highest quality.
- Update management on equipment, and inventory status and needs.
- Record quality data as directed in a timely manner.
- Able to work on a flexible schedule as production needs dictate.
- Participate in brewery activies and events.
- Be a promotional spokesman for the company.
- Other duties as assigned.
