CATEGORY OF EMPLOYMENT : Non-Exempt
LOCATION : The Canopy Restaurant & Tabby House Brewing
POSITION REPORTS TO : General Manager
FUNCTIONS : To maintain the Corporate Office, restaurant buildings, and equipment.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Performing routine maintenance tasks.
- Diagnosing and repairing minor mechanical issues.
- Ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.
- Responding to maintenance requests promptly.
- Work with and maintain tools and some equipment.
- Order parts for equipment and keep log of dates and items.
- Check and keep parts in stock for reports.
- Report daily to General Manager on jobs completed and status.
- Other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE AND JOB SKILLS :
BENEFITS :
EDUCATION : High school graduate or G.E.D. equivalent or technical training and / or related subject preferred.
EXPERIENCE : 1 - 2 years of maintenance experience.
