Position Summary:
We are currently seeking an experienced Assembler II to join our team for a full-time day shift position. The Assembler II will be responsible for assembling components or products according to established procedures and specifications. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Job Responsibilities:
· Assemble components or products according to engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality standards.
· Perform assembly tasks accurately and efficiently.
· Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
· Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues as they arise.
· Collaborate with team members to optimize assembly processes and improve efficiency.
· Maintain cleanliness and organization in the assembly area.
· Always adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries.
· Complete paperwork and documentation related to the assembly process accurately and on time.
Performance Duties:
· Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality standards.
· Continuously monitor and evaluate assembly processes for opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency.
· Perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred.
· Ability to read and interpret drawings and work instructions.
· Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
· Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
· Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
· Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
· Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
