What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Manager position at Martin Skabelund Roofing?
Skabelund Companies is looking for a Business Manager to manage the business side of its activities. This includes the following activities but is not limited to those activities.
Responsibilities:
- Working with Business Management staff to help train and assist in their day-to-day responsibilities.
- Oversee all Sales/Marketing activities performed by company.
- Creation and implementation of all business related processes.
- Daily financial accounting, bookkeeping and preparation of financial documents.
- Assisting in creation of quotes.
- Conducting of meetings with Business Management staff
- Maintaining and creating relationships with customers, vendors and suppliers.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of accounting principles and experience with Quickbooks
- Previous experience in a leadership role
- Previous experience in a customer relations role
- Knowledge of general business practices.
- Knowledge of Sales practices

No experience is required as you will be trained in all aspects of the job. Training will be conducted upon hiring based on candidates experience.
