Skabelund Roofing is looking for a Operations Manager to manage their operations teams. We are looking for someone that is motivated to succeed in the construction industry and wants to grow with a fast-growing company.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2-5 Years on construction experience, preferably in Roofing, Exteriors or Gutters
- Experience Working in Small Business Setting
- Customer Service experience and experience handling customer resolution
- Problem-Solving Skills
- Experience leading teams or individuals to achieve goals
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Leadership Skills
- Associates Degree or Similar Experience In Field
- Self-Starter
- Ambition to succeed
- Able to Lift 70 Lbs.
Skabelund Companies is looking for a candidate that is looking to grow with a company. As candidate succeeds their is bonus pay that is also obtainable through the form of profit-sharing or traditional bonuses. Additional benefits include use of work truck, cell phone payment and gas card.
Also looking for a candidate that can be creative in problem solving problems/issues that may arise. Candidates with leadership experience will be given preferential treatment.
As an Operations Manager you will be both on-site and in the office. Working with our crews to ensure that projects are performed with the highest quality that the our company has established over 60 years of experience. As an operations manager you will hire, fire, create processes that will help work be accomplished, train new employees, provide trainings to existing employees.
Our Operations department is the lifeblood of our company and as the manager of that you will only report to the CEO.
Experience in not necessary but candidates with experience will be given preferential treatment.
