Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Sourcing & Attraction:Identify and engage with prospective candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals. Develop innovative strategies to attract high-caliber talent in a competitive market.
Candidate Screening & Selection:Manage the end-to-end recruitment process—from reviewing resumes and conducting interviews to coordinating assessments and reference checks—ensuring a consistent and positive candidate experience.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers:Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop accurate job descriptions, and create effective recruitment strategies that align with department goals.
Applicant Tracking & Reporting:Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to maintain up-to-date candidate information, monitor progress, and generate recruitment reports that provide insights for continuous improvement.
Employer Branding:Promote MARTIN Technologies as an employer of choice by actively communicating our company culture, values, and growth opportunities to potential candidates.
Compliance & Best Practices:Ensure that all recruitment practices adhere to relevant legal guidelines and company policies, with a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion.
Education & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience in recruiting.
Recruitment Expertise:Proven experience as a recruiter or in talent acquisition, preferably within a technical or engineering environment. Familiarity with modern sourcing techniques and the use of ATS and HR databases is essential.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Organizational Skills:Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the capacity to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities.
Proactive & Self-Motivated:Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency.
