ROLE DESCRIPTION :
As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Martina Hendon - State Farm Agency, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
Assist with customer retention strategies.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone with policy inquiries, claims, billing, and coverage options.
Provide exceptional customer service by proactively addressing client needs and resolving concerns.
Educate customers about State Farm’s insurance products, including auto, home, life, and health insurance.
Assist in generating new business through warm leads, referrals, and cross-selling opportunities.
Support the agent in marketing efforts, community events, and office operations as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience in customer service preferred.
Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
Bilingual (Spanish / English) preferred but not required.
Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented and organized with strong problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn industry-specific software.
Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
