The office staff mission is to have the office clean and organized at all times, able to communicate between all departments within the company. Keeping all invoicing organized, ensure customer satisfaction, get information to lawyers for legal actions, and help maintain core company culture.
Responsibilities :
- Keep the office clean, organized and supplied at all times.
- Print out invoices, estimate documents that are needed for files and our CRM (JobNimbus)
- Lead Sheet
- Invoicing and keeping everything documented on a spreadsheet.
- Gather information for the lawyers for legal actions.
- Translating between crews & sales reps.
- Communicate with the Regional manager about repairs / tasks that need completion.
- Maintain core company culture.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Constant update with our sales rep. to keep CRM (JobNimbus) updated.
- Constant communication and updates between homeowners and insurance companies.
- Making sure hard copies and computer files are all synced and up to date.
- Managing spreadsheets and files between each subcontractor / company and homeowners are updated whenever any tasks are completed on a job.
