Responsibilities:
- Provide advice and support to residents and their families
- Administer medication and treatments as needed
- Document resident care services and maintain accurate records
- Protect residents and staff by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve resident problems and needs
- Maintain high standards of care and adhere to Facility philosophies and standards
