Job Description
This role is responsible for coordinating and managing projects from award to close-out, ensuring successful completion with high client satisfaction and vendor satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead, coordinate, and be accountable for all day-to-day operations and communication to ensure timely completion of assigned projects within budget.
- Measure, monitor, and be accountable for all project costs (Cost Management) to ensure every project meets company standards for profitability and quality.
- Ensure and maintain healthy relations with clients and subcontractors to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Requirements:
5 to 7 years of substantial and broad experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
Contract language review and analysis.
Ability to understand and use project scheduling software.
