Overview:
Martini Media is looking for a self-motivated, New York-based digital media seller to join our sales team. As an Account Executive, the individual will prospect, develop, and grow relationships with key agencies and clients in NY/East Coast that cater to affluent consumers. Exact title commensurate with candidate’s level of experience
Responsibilities:
- Create and grow partnerships both brand direct and with key agencies while developing corporate contacts and cultivating relationships at all levels that enhance Martini Media’s position in the marketplace
- Communicate Martini Media’s offerings and unique value-proposition to advertisers and agencies via email, phone, Zoom, in-person meetings, and through formal campaign proposals
- Meet quarterly and annual revenue goals
- Work with internal groups (marketing, ad ops, account management, etc.) ensure client satisfaction and campaign success
- Report and track all revenue including sales activity and deal pipeline via Salesforce
- Represent Martini Media with the highest level of integrity
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in digital media
- Ideal candidates will be financially-driven, highly-disciplined, and self-motivated to succeed.
- Existing, in-market relationships with agency and client decision-makers are preferred, but not required
- Deep knowledge of digital advertising formats, products, and the ecosystem in which they exist
- Ability to research, prospect, develop and grow new business through cold emailing, cold calling, Linkedin and in-person networking
- Ability to adjust quickly to changing demands or strategies
- Demonstrated strategic, consultative, and analytical sales approach with focus on building true partnerships with clients
- Excellent communication (verbal and written), planning, organizational, and time-management skills
- College degree required
- Willingness to join our team in working from our Manhattan-based office 3 days a week
- PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills are a must. Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
- Some travel may be required, as needed
